Spring Ledge Lake
Most land along the rivers is private and permission is required for access.
Indian Creek below Shabbona and Willow Creek below Pierce may offer a limited fishery but all access is private.
The Fox River below the Chain offers some fishing opportunities.
The Kaskaskia River directly below the Lake Shelbyville dam offers an outstanding muskie fishery.

Mackinaw River
A few muskies have been caught in the Mackinaw River below Evergreen Lake due to fish escaping from the lake during high water levels.
A few fish have been reported in the Rock River. These fish probably escaped out of Shabbona and followed Willow Creek to the Rock River
